1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used fragrances, due to hygiene and safety reasons
- Items marked as final sale or discounted clearance items
- Gift cards
3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [X] business days.
- If you paid via Tabby or Tamara, refunds will follow their respective refund timelines.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
