  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Opened or used fragrances, due to hygiene and safety reasons
  • Items marked as final sale or discounted clearance items
  • Gift cards

3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
